Service slow, food not how we ordered it, had to ask for silverware and waitress was slow on refills and service. First time eating at this Ken's in Madison..not impressed. I eat at Ken's in Lake City all the time and have never had this bad of service!

Delicious BBQ ribs. Hot fries. Best ranch dressing. Even good coleslaw It is worth the 8 minutes drive from I 10Sarah is a good waitress who anticipates your needs

While traveling we stopped in for a late dinner. great food, prices and atmosphere. has a certain home town feel to it. recommend.

Food was very very bad. The chicken was as dry as a bone and the BBQ sauce had a mustard taste. We were just passing through and thought to have dinner at a family restaurant instead of a chain, but I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Stick with Denny’s or McDonalds.

I enjoy stopping here when I visit home all the places been here forever their food is overall great have no complaints. The Waitresses are sweet and attentive I would definitely visit again

Had eaten here had some great chicken there, revisited it was not good

Fried fish was soft, beans were over cooked, hushpuppies wee burnt outside and raw inside. Nothing was good.

The best thing on the menu was the tea!

Barbecue sandwich consisted of 3 slices of barbecued pork on a cold bun with nothing else. French fries or coleslaw were extra, as was a drink. Salad was ice berg with tiny pieces of turkey cold cuts from grocery. This is NOT the Ken's Bar-B-Cue it used to be. Don't waste your money or time. Go to the Mexican restaurant uptown!!

Best barbecue large portions. Staff friendly and courteous. Daily specials served super fast.

The service was slow. We had to wait for our drinks. The roasted turkey was just sliced sandwich meat with garlic bread. Also the pork on the pork sandwich was so dry it was passable for jerky. I won't be trying the other restaurants in this chain either.

Good BBQ

Flys were flying around inside wile trying to eat food was not even average for a bar-b-q place. Was not impressed nor would i go back and was very happy I did not get sick.

Food is great,however over priced for small portion. Price in menu is not what you pay

Good BBQ for a small town. The ranch here is not the cheap stuff you usually get at restaurants. Nice and attentive staff.

A quick stop off I 10, great service, moist pork smokey flavor,I didn't even need the sauce but I tried the one with the red cap and it was good. ribs fall of the bone and coleslaw better than KFC.Morgan was a great server

Great food ear the sliced pork and has 4 plates. Good tea also

Food was fair, baked beans were good, the large hamburger was pitiful all bread and no meat hardly. The server never ask if we needed anything else just brought the food and ticket. Was very disappointed
